remote wont wake completly

I am using the hauppauge 45 button remote, it works well except when I bring it out of sleep. the only button that I can get it to wake with is the menu ! button. the menu comes up but nothing else will work. I have to restart ir and all is fine, until the next time I bring it out of sleep.

Another issue I have is the home button in the top left loads the hauppauge remote ir program. I have to get my mouse to close it.

Check towards the bottom of the Hauppuage link #3 in my sig lines -- you are probably puttin SageTV to sleep in full screen mode using its screen saver. I always put it to sleep in the system tray, so that's the way I tested it. If you don't use teh remote for anything else once SageTV is started, you can remove the {mode(Default)} command from the end of the line in the [SageTV] section where it is put to sleep.
