Composite in and cable box

It's probably not a great sign that I have more questions before my previous ones get answered...

What I know (or think I do)...

I want all of my cable channels to appear in Sage, so I must run the cable decoder box directly into my PVR-250 and have Sage change the channels using an Actisys IR-200L. When I play around with the set-up screens, the only time I see an option for adding the Actisys is when I choose 'composite in' for my source.

What I don't know...

My cable (from the wall carrying the signal and from the cable box) is just a standard coax cable. How am I supposed to change this to composite?! Do I have to have a composite in to have the Actisys change the channels? Why does that question only appear when you select composite in?

Thanks

Select TV Tuner - Constant Channel for the source in the SetupWizard (as of 1.3.8). Then it'll let you select which channel it is on the coax (i.e. channel 3 or 4 most likely). Then you can setup an IR transmitter.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
