Not that I know of -- it always starts/wakes in the Main Menu. Unless someone else knows of another way, you could create a batch file to run the exe, pause long enough fo rit to start/wake, then use the SendMessage.exe utility in your SageTV dir to send event code(s) to tell it to do what you want.
