Post Best PSU, balance of noise and power

Hi all,

I am in the market for a new PSU. Since I have quite a number of devices, it must be powerful. Also, I play games, so with the 9800 Pro's heat, the PSU cannot be fanless. I'm looking at the Enermax Noisetaker AX 470W with Active PFC and fan control. I like that one cause my experience with Enermax has been 100% excellent. But I thought I'd checkin here to see if anyone has some alternatives. ATX 2.0 would be nice but not mandatory.

Antec Phantom, hands down, silent, cool running, should be plenty of power.

Why's that? I've got a 2.4GHz P4, Geforce 6800 (passive), PVR 250 (-15 version), 200GB WD, and a Pioneer DVD-ROM, running quite happily on my Phantom in my D.Vine 4 with 1 80mm Panaflo pulling air. Happy as can be, stable, no problems.

SilenX has a pretty quiet fan for a little less $$ at 350W
