Comskip for Windows Media Player

Anyone know of a way to use the comskip .txt file to skip commercials in WMP? Like a plugin or a directshow filter or something? I've been searching for a couple hours and the closest I can find is a WMP plugin for BeyondTV's smartchapters. I'm trying to go the simple route (for me) and figure out how to parse comskip .txt files into a compatible smartchapters .xml file for the plugin to use but I haven't had BTV installed in about a year and I'm hesitant to inflict the punishment of reinstalling it on myself. The thread for the smartchapters WMP plugin is here: http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/showthread.php?t=15948

Any ideas?

WMP plugins aren't that hard to write, so no reason it wouldn't be doable.

Only problem is I doubt there is hardly anyone who needs that support besides you. I am sure pretty much everyone else using COMSKIP is watching the shows in Sage itself. So without a broad need, I don't think anyone will take the time to write the plugin (I know I won't).

Although you can always feel free to write it and put it out to the community. Since you are the one that needs the support.

EDIT: Oh, and the BeyondTV WMP plugin is open source (just have to ask for the source code), so if anyone DOES want to make it, that would be a good/easy place to start.
