Windows Error code: 0x80090019

I ran into this yesterday on my SageTV box. I don’t think this is an issue with Sage but just Windows itself and unfortunately I have never heard of this and searches online are not helping. When my box boots it gets to the log on screen, after you click on the name you want to log on with I receive the following error “A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code: 0x80090019”

Has anyone heard of this? Any ideas? I can not boot into Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking or Last Know Good Hardware Configuration. I haven’t tried anything else. I don’t want to format this box because this box I never did partition so I would lose some recorded stuff.
