does any one have a copy of the client for SageTV_V2_2_1BetaSetup.exe or a link to the download ?

Since you already know the name of the file just go back to the "normal" d/l screen for 2.2.2 and look at the download link in the status bar. Substitute the file name for 2.2.1 and you'll be able to download it. This seems to always work for older version in case you ever need one.
