No EPG data for several days!

At least not on my system. The system information screen indicates that a download is taking place at various times, but there has been no additional data added to my guide for some time. The data runs out on Wednesday at 9PM, and it's been like that for several days. Is there a way to try and "force" a download, or what sorts of things can I check to verify that I'm set up properly to receive guide data?

I'm using the 4DTV listings in combination with the Canadian plugin for Bell ExpressVu. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Very interesting. I just checked and mine stops on 12/25/04. I just forced an update (go to channel setup and change one of the channels either on or off), but nothing got updated.

I am using the C-Band USA listings.

All is good

Turned out to be a setting for my account that had not been updated. The guide is working fine now. -Chris

I have the same problem. The information shows that my last update was this morning, but no data has changed. I have "no data" for everything after Saturday. I am located in Los Angeles and am using Zap 2 It.

How did you resolve the problem? What does it mean that your membership was not updated...?

The US EPG is part of the product, so you don't need to worry about any membership subscription in LA. Unless the lineup for your area has suddenly stopped being updated on the Zap2It end, I would try 2 things: go to Channel Setup & toggle one channel on/off twice (so it remains at its original setting) to force an EPG update; if that doesn't work, try rebooting the PC, since I believe a couple people commented about some problem where the EPG updates stopped occurring once there was a problem during one update. (I don't know the details of that one, since I've never run into an EPG problem where an reboot was needed.)
