Remote is moving mouse not selection
I have a problem only on one of my clients. The remote is moving the mouse not the selection on the screen. So, if I want to move from one selection to another I move the mouse using my remote to the desiered menu selection and press OK.
 How do I change the client to just do menu selection? I hope someone knows a quick answer! Thanks,Matt Environment: SageClient 2.1 WindowsXP Keyboard only StreamZap Remote

It sounds like the remote is in some sort of mouse mode. Is that used with the StreamZap software? Does it have a way to turn mouse mode on/off?
