How do you add a channel?

Sorry if this is a simple question, but I can not find via the manual or searching the forums.

But how do you add a channel to the lineup?

I figured out how to remap a channel, but my POS cable company revamp the lineup about 2 weeks ago and failed to tell ANYONE, including their own web masters because even there website shows the old lineup!

Comcast sucks! I miss DirectTV so much, getting ready to just clear cut our enitre neighborhood so I can get DirectTV again.

Since the real problem is that you are receiving incorrect info for your lineup, I would recommend letting Frey know so they can try to get Zap2It to, uh, zap to it and see if they can update their info for your provider. From an older post about wrong EPG data:

Send this to info@freytechnologies.com and I'll follow up with Tribune.

Let Frey know that the channel lineup has changed, but that the EPG has not been changed to reflect that yet.
