Sage 2.1 loosing tuners

Ok well sence windows decided to take a crap on me i have had to redo my entire sage system. Now about once a day sage is loosing its mind and trying to record digital content from the tuner thats set to basic cable. I have checked every setting i can and i cant figure out why it is doing this. When it trys to record digital content on the non-digital tuner i totaly loose access to the digital tuner and have to restart sage to fix it. My system has a ATI e-Home wonder setup with RCA hookups to my digital cable box and uses usb-uirt to change the chanels the other is a Hauppauge 250-MCE with a direct cable hookup. Does anyone know why 2.1 has soo many issues? i never had this problem with previous versions but now the thing is pritty much worthless sence the whole point was to not have to restart the program but at the minimum once a week witch i wasent even doing on 2.0 the only time it restarted was due to power outages.
