I think it's the other way around, that the 150's have a "overzealous" normalization feature.

What are you guys talking about when you say normalization?

Are you saying that the dynamic range of the 150 is reduced? In others words, are the loud parts made quieter, and the quiet parts made louder on recordings made with the 150?

If that's true, that would be a dealbreaker for me.
