No Audio on third card
I have the same issue, no audio. I am using XP Pro SP2, with a PIV 3.0GHz, 1GB RAM, on an Intel PerlK MoBo. There is a slight difference to some of the other posts. I have three cards, (Blackbird PVR250s). One is set to use digital cable via topbox, other two set to tune the analogue cable using the PVR cards tuners. The problem is with the third card, the first (digital cable box, USB-UIRT IR Blaster) and second card (analogue cable, using card tuner) work well, the third has no audio. By default I uninstall window messenger, outlook express etc a disable the messenger service.
Anybody found a work around for this? |

Finally! Sound on BOTH Tuners
I solved my problem after trying everything everybody told me to do. I discovered that during the upgrade to Direct X 9.0c during initial setup, it apparently failed. This reverted me to 9.0a. At that level, both tuners can't function properly. I discovered this after checking everything else and finally went into the Direct X Control Panel and saw the revision level as "A"!!
After the successful install of 9.0c, I tried to put the "B" level .dll in in Safe Mode and found out the current version of "C" has it already there! Last night I successfully recorded 2 shows at the same time and watched a third. All had sound. The playback improved too. I no longer need "Reclock" to keep the sound sync'd.

Reverse-
Did you check this out? Did it work for you too? I spent a fair amount of time last weekend reinstalling my PVR-250's trying to fix this issue...no joy. Even deleted the MMC lines from my properties file. Keep us updated if this works (and is still working!!) |

Well, I'm running DirectX 9.0c and SP2 and I'm having the same no audio program.
I am NOT a happy camper after spending $150 for a second card. James

no sound
I just finished up my pvr system with 2 pvr 250s and 2 pvr 150's all is perfect accept for the fact that during testing I found that one of the pvr's doesn't capture sound, the odd thing is its the first one in the tuner lineup I can't find any problems so if anyone could figure this one out I'd love to hear bout it
