Help on using red eye serial

Hi, a couple of weeks ago, i found a thread here somewhere about how to use the serial version of the red eye (www.redremote.co.uk) with sage. i got it working ok, but didn't save the link and now i can't find it. would someone by kind enough to repost it please?
