How to disable MCE for Sage to run?
I've installed Sage on an MCE 2005 machine but it will not display live TV and I receive an error saying "no encoder can tune the selected station". If I go into task manager and manually end all processes asscoiated with MCE, Sage then plays live TV fine. I'm assunimg although the MCE interface is not loaded, MCE has control of the PVR-250 and it is not available for SageTV.
I'm just wondering how I can disable the MCE portion so when I start windows I can run Sage without having to end any MCE related processes. Thanks, Rob

it is just a setting in MCE
to turn off MCW to start up computer
