Switched to 2.1 lost one encoder
After I switched to 2.1 yesterday only on of my two encoders seems to work. They are both listed in the setup screen, but when I try to calibrate one of the msage crashes and also i can only watch one program at a time.
I got one PVR-250 and one PVR-350. How can I get my second encoder back?

update drivers
use hcw.clear.exe and clsoe sageTV first and make sure it is set not to start with computer then reboot and install updated drivers then reopen sageTV and try

There is also a new dll for SageTV that you can try for tuner issues; see this post. Close SageTV & copy it over the existing dll in your SageTV dir. (I would always save a copy of an original dll before replacing it.)
