No it does not.
The black Gold card is a DVB-T card. And DVB is not supported in Sage.
I find this somewhat annoying as I have to use a settop box with USB UIRT in order to get freeview (DVB-T). When a simple card such as the Black Gold or Nova-T would do the same job.
There is/was an alpha plugin available that allows the Nova-t card to work

The Black Gold card is supported in MCE2004 and 2005.
DVB is supported in Showshifter.
DVB-T support is being developed for GB-PVR.
So a change in Software may be your only solution unless Frey get there finger out.
