SageTV 2.1 does not honor resolution width/height settings

All/Frey Support,

It would seem that Sage 2.1 is not honoring width/height settings in Sage.properties other than 720x480. I've created a number of test entries with half D1 (352x480) and quarter D1 (352x240) settings, all of which still record at 720x480 (and due to low bitrates experience a large amount of macroblocking).

Even the built-in profiles (e.g. CVD) seem to exhibit this behavior.

Is this a legitimate bug? I've never used older versions of SageTV (I am in fact in my 15-day trial and am so far pretty impressed), but this definitely isn't "normal" behavior for other applications (i.e. WinTV, Beyond TV).

Use diffrent decoders and change the picture settings for the PVR card to minimize blocking. You cant notice it on my 55" tv at all.
