Dscaler & Calibration Not working

I followed the tutorial on using Dscaler filter and ffdshow, but can't get it working. I am using a pvr 350. I downloaded the latest versions of both. When I try and run Dscaler it tells me I don't have the right hardware, does it not work on the output of the pvr 350? Also in ffdshow I can't find the Dscaler Filter listed.
