!!HELP!!! - Occational video tunning issues

!!HELP!!! - Occational video tunning issues

Issue Resolved: The tuner in the second card was bad. Found out by recording with the bad card then browsing with the good card and visa-versa.

I am stuck. I am running a machine with 2 PVR-250's in it. Occationally the video comes in dark and, I don't know how to describe it, hazy...sort of like the channel is scrambled but it is not. It is black, with dark contents and not centered. You can see the program in the back but if flickers and comes in and out. When you change channels they all are like this. To fix it in the past I remove the 2 sources and add them again. Last night was the first time I could reproduce the issue. If I record a show then browse with the other card to different channels the stations are dark and scrambled. Once I hit the same station that the other card is recording it is fine.

SageTv 2.1
P3 1ghz
120gigs drive space across two drives
1gig memory
Cable, wall => 2-way splitter => cards
Dedicated machine
