SAGE and PVR350 not working

I just got a PVR350 and SAGE TV (v2.1). The PVR350 works perfect using the basic WinTV app once I upgraded the to the latest drivers. However when I run SAGE and try and WatchTV for a program I am recording I get no picture and the following message "Playback Exception Error (-4,0x)) problem rendering the video". I tried playing with the rendering setting but didn't make a difference
Any ideas?

I don't know what the rest of your settings are but with a PVR-350 TVout:

1. Make sure 3D acceleration is not enabled
2. Try setting your video renderer to overlay or default
3. Try using the stock Intervideo NonCSS codec for audio and video codecs.
