I keep getting an error everytime I try to watch TV?

Um Please someone help me, I am ready to take my Hauppauge PVR USB2 back to the store, I hate the software that comes with it Win TV 2000 crap??

What renderer and decoder are you using ? Have you tried to use different ones ?

This isn't a capture board problem. It doesn't have anything to do with your PVR-USB2 unit. I've got a few of them and they work just fine. The error you got is a 2.1 in the playback portion. What you can try although I'm not sure it will help is to make sure your video configuration is set with a good codec.

Try changing the Video Renderer to Overlay.

Could try VMR9 also, but you have to also enable 3D Acceleration in the Advanced settings section for VMR9 to work. Also, VMR9 is requires a fast system and video card or else you get stuttering and tearing.

Ok I just downloaded a trial version of Beyond Tv3 that works but I rather have Sage TV!!

List all your drivers, list everything. But also the point is to get the newest drivers.

I am not a big gamer, so I really don't need the best Video card, But I am thinking about Getting a Readon

I also updated windows media player too?
