asf format playback?
Hi,
just wondering what is the reason for Sage not being able to play .asf files? All the main competitors (TVedia, Meedio etc) have no problem with this file format, is there any way it can be added as a supported media? It is the only media at present which I have to revert to Meedio or TVedia to play.
Anyone got a solution for Sage?

Ok, my only workaround is to use an app called ASF TOOLS, it will convert asf to avi , takes about 30 secs to do to a 170mb file, so quite fast.

Just wondering... where you are getting ASF files from and/or why in ASF format?

I download The ScreenSavers due to my cable provider no longer has the show in it's lineup. It is encoded in asf format.

Kewl. Where you get the downloads from (or is that underground)? Also, I'd like to find a place to get Call for Help since it's now only on TechTV Canada (don't know why it got dropped with the TechTV/G4 merger).
