Network Encoders - Functioning = false
Just followed the support instruction for setting up a networt encoder.
I see the network encoder from SageTV and seem to be able to configure it (same channel structure as local 250) . However when I try and open a second channel (via SageCLient) I get no tuners available. The recoder is up on the other processor. When I look at the Source Detail under Setup & Network Wizard I see that the network encoder is listed as Functioning = false. WHat did I miss in my set-up

get the final release. those have the new sage recorder client that works with them.

This is a mighty old thread, but I was just telling him to download the updated "Sage Recorder". Its what we used to have to use to make a network encoder. Im pretty sure that recent developements have made the server or client install a network encoder.
