Problem tryinf to view ANYTHING, need help please!
I finally after a complete format and reinstall of XP got my 250 running fine with WinTV. I can see all my channels, all looks great!
My problem is now NOTHING is coming in in SageTV. It looks as if al the channels are scrambled. I can get a brief glimpse of a show but it imedietly goes to scramble. I found this: "My reception is poor, but it looks fine under WinTV. I'm using the Coaxial input on the capture card. Go into the Setup Wizard and check the Input you have selected for your source. Change it from "TV Tuner – Antenna" to "TV Tuner – Cable" or vice versa. Restart SageTV and change channels to make sure it worked. " on the SageTV website, tried that but it's stll not coming in. I know it's something I'm going to feel really stupid missing but I've been at this for 2 days now (card wouldn't install yesterday, invalid data etc) including the complete format and reinstall of XP. Reall would appreciate some help. |

and here's another...
I can watch WinTV no problem, as soon as I launch SageTV my show goes scramble in WinTV too. Don't know if this sheds anymore light but thought I'd add it in. |

You're not trying to use both applications simultaneously, are you? That certainly won't give good results.
