Help with building a Sage client/network recorder

So this is what I think I want for a Sage Client/Network recorder:

*AMD Athlon 1800+
AOpen XC Cube EZ18
*ATi Radeon 8500, will use S-Video out to TV
Seagate 40GB HDD
*512MB PC-2700
*OptoRite 4x DVD Burner
Hauppauge PVR 150
Streamzap PC Remote
USB-UIRT
Gyration GP1200-001 Ultra GT
Sage Client + Recorder

Everything with an * I'm already have. Does this look like a capable client that can encode content over a 802.11g network and playback XViD, DiVX, and MPEG2 content without glitches? Also, can USB-UIRT and Girder tune a DCT5100? The reason I want to use the client machine as an network encoder is so I can link it up with all the extra channels I get off a DCT5100.

Is there anything else I should be aware of when building this client? Will the Radeon 8500 have better S-Video output than the built in GeForce4 MX?
