1. Various bug fixes
2. Added prompts for video format (NTSC/PAL) and country on app load if they haven't been set yet.
3. Added 'About' information w/ help to Service Control.
4. Added support for the Hauppauge PVR150 & 500 cards.
5. SageTV.exe can be run as the client if launched with the -client command line option
6. Finished Encoding Server support in SageTV.exe. If you want to do multiple devices, you need to run multiple encoding servers. This can be done from a single SageTV process. Do it by lisiting multiple ports on the encoding_server_port property, separate them by commas or semicolons. To enable the encoding server set the enable_encoding_server=true property. (this is if you want to use hardware that's not supported by SageTV Recorder)
