DVD audio dropout...

Whenever I play a DVD, there are very brief audio dropouts about every second. I have tried with and w/o reclock. At first I thought it might be the cheapo DVD drive, but it is similar with the dvd file ripped to the HD and playing throught the library. I do not have this problem with Sage recordings or live tv.

Any thoughts???

My wife is asking to drag the DVD player back into the living room

What decoders are you using? What soundcard? What renderer/decoder do you have selected on the DVD section of Detailed Setup in Sage?

I am using overlay with Cyberlink PowerDVD4 decoders for video and audio. I am using onboard Realtek audio on my MSI motherboard.
