No TV-out on DVD

Hi,

I have the following problem for which I seek help.
I use an Asus V9520 Magic graphics card with Nvidia FX 5200
When playing DVD I only get output to my monitor and not on the TV.
Playing both TV and Video files work fine; output to both monitor and TV
Have tried for DVD renderer Video overlay renderer as well as DirectX Video Mixing Renderer (VMR9)
Have tried DVD Video decoder: Default, Cyberlink Video/SP Decoder, Intervideo Video Decoder as well as Intervideo NonCSS Video Decoder for Hauppauge
All without luck!

Any suggestions to get DVD playing to TV???

Forgot to mention:
The TV out is not there for both DVD's created by myself (with Ulead Movie factory) as well as comercial available DVD's
