Nvidia Geforce2 mx400 and overscan

I am currently using an Nvidia GeForce2 mx 400 video card for the tv out. I really, really want to use overscan to eliminate the black bars around the screen, but I cannot find any options to do this. During my research, it has been implied that my card cannot do overscan, but some people say it can. What am I missing? I am using the most recent version of the drivers from Nvidia. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am also using a GF2 MX and when doing S-Vid out the picture is centered at the top of the TV with and inch of black going around the left bottom and right.
I use the utility TV-Tool to strech the tv out which works ok but it makes
the output a little flickery.
Then used the sage tv overscan setting to center the sage tv interface.
