Can you Choose which Card To Record On

Well the title kind of says it all. I have the following system:

Pentium III 1gig
512 Megs Ram
Radeon 9800 Pro
1 Hauppauge 250 (Hooked up to analog Cable via Coax)
1 Hauppage 250 (Hooked up to the Cable Box Via Svideo and using the URIRT to control the cable box)
URIRT IR Blaster
SnapSTream Remote
Windows XP Professional
Comcast Digital Cable
Motorola DTC 6200 HD Cable Box

The question here is that is there a way to control how Sage picks which card to record on. I have had issues with watching a program on Card 2 which is connected to the Cable box and the all of a sudden it changes channels to record a show i wanted recorded. However the show was available on the Analog card, but it chose to use the Cable box card. I know on my TIVO this was never and issue as i had DirectTV with the TIVO and it would just "Auto Sense" which tuner i was on and use the other, but both tuners had access to all the same channels here that is not the case. I rarely record stuff on the cable box card i just hooked it up so i could timeshift movie channels etc when i was watching. Is there a solution for this or is this just one of the "Woes" i have to deal with having a "Hombrew" TIVO.

Traveller.

You have limited control of which tuners to use first with the merit property.

mmc/encoders/XXX/encoder_merit - used to determine which capture device is 'preferred' when all other things are equal, higher numbers mean better

Or you can disable all analog channels on the Cable box tuner.
