Tuners not tuning...

At some time last night, about the time my Adelphia Cable modem STARTED working (It hadn't in days), I noticed that my SageTV Box stopped being able to tune any channels correctly.. I updated the drivers to the latest as per the support page at Sage.. no change.. I tested the drivers with both Sage and WinTV with exactly the same results..

Here is a snapshot of this morning 'Regis and xxxx' show.

I'm guessing perhaps a low signal strength? I have a motorola signal booster at the first split and everything WAS working fine..

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Perhaps.. but it seems too suspicious that my cable modem started to work at the same time the PVR-250's stopped working.. and while the PVR-250's were working, the Cable Modem was not...

I have the PC/Server on a very good UPS, so even if I had a surge, I don't think it could affect the system.. even the Coaxial Cables are shielded through a very nice surge surpression system...

Frustrating.. Survivor, Will&Grace, Apprentice.. all on tonight.. whatever will I do? Use my VCR's??? Gasp!

I guess the obvious has been checked: that the problem isn't in the signal prior to feeding the 250.

Can I force SageTV to fine tune each channel when it is acquired? Does Sage tune once, then not again, or does it tune each time that channel is needed?

I'm dumping my Cable modem in a week or so, and then I'll re-do all my splitters to try and boost the signal to the SAGETV system..
