volume levels too low, post process before burn?

volume levels too low, post process before burn?

I have a 250 and a 350. The 250 (local channels from rabbit ears ) volume level is plenty loud. The 350 (dishnetwork) volume levels are MUCH lower.

Registry setting would up both the same time ( making my 250 way too loud )

QUESTION
I intend to burn some stuff to DVD, is there some way to boost volume levels before burn?
