pvr-350 tv out aspect problem

I'm using tv-out on a pvr-350.

But I cannot make the source (TV) fill the entire TV-screen.
There is a black spot on the bottom. (I can make the black field appear on top instead when editing "Vert. Offset".

I've tried to modify aspect ratio in sage tv, but nothing seems to happen when I enter a bigger number than 105% in "Vert. Stretch"

But WinTV2000 WILL fill my entire tv-screen (PAL), so my guess is that there is som eproblem with SageTV
