The first page of the RW plugin thread has the download links:

The only change from 2.0.0.1 to 2.0.0.2 was to use the close file/stop command for the STOP button by default.

A missing ini file will not matter -- it has compiled-in defaults.

Niel ... FYI, I upgraded to the 2.0.02 plug-in and it worked just as you stated ... the Stop button now stops!!!
