MediaMVP Playback of SageTV files

I guess this counts as a Sage question since my MediaMVP is playing back files recorded from Sage.

When I watch a TV show on the MediaMVP, it looks like it has been zoomed-in significantly. The bug in the lower-right corner of most TV shows is usually cut off.

On this same TV set (which does not run Sage) when viewing regualr TV, the logos are visible.

SageTV has its Aspect Ratio properties set to 104% H & V. I thought that was just playback through Sage. Is it recording that way?

If not, does anyone know how to adjust MediaMVP so it stops zooming in on the picture?

Thanks!

Sage's zoom settings have no effect on recordings, the only settings in Sage that affect the recordings are the capture color settings an recording quality. If your videos are being cropped it's on playback and it's either the MVP, or the way your TV works with the MVP. You might want to check out the SHSPVR forums and see if anyone else has had any trouble.

I too have seen this happen. All I had to do to fix it was to unplug the MediaMVP for a few seconds and plug it back in and the problem was fixed. I've only seen it once so far and that was before the latest beta software.
