Min Specs

I was searching around the forums and was wondering if there would be a problem do this:

Using a old p2 350 with a pvr-350 card just to record tv. No time shifting, no live tv, just recording. I can play shows with my xbox.

What I have planned to do is use the little p2 350 with the pvr 350 card to save the shows to my fileserver (suse 9.0 samba) which then will convert it to divx via a cron.

Does anything see a problem with using a p2 350 for this?
