Geforce4 ti4200 Can't overscan

Anyone know how to get a GF4 to overscan? I have tried through Nview (can't find an option), TV tool, and Powerstrip and can't figure it out.

Actually all that happens when I start TV tool is I lose vert hold. Power strip starts, but as soon as I click on the icons to increase vert size I lose vert hold.

I have tried the new 61.77 drivers from Nvidia and the 42.30 drivers from Gainward who manufactured the card.
