Missing channels in XMLTV Lineup

I live in Europe and I have modified my registry TV Services section so that all channels(UHF) are sorted in my order of preference 1-14.

As per Nielm's suggestions I created a dummy epgdata.xml (attached as epgdata2.txt) and after a few tries managed to get some channels. The first, second and last channels were missing. Initially, I had made some mistakes in using a common channel-id for channel one and two.

Thinking that SAGE TV remembers some of of the earlier erroneous defs, I removed the sage.properties file and when trying to set-up sagetv again no XMLTV Line-up channels would come in.

Restoring the sage.properties file, brough back the initial set-up but no matter what changes I make to epgdata.xml file, I cannot get it to show the missing channels.

I think that I missing the obvious here since it seems to be fairly simple and would appreciate an independent review of my actions.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
