Only 2 out of 3 Tuners Found by Sage

I installed a third tuner card (all PVR 250-16) this afternoon. Windows found it no problem, no errors in the device manager.
Launch Sage, go into the setup wizard, note that it only shows my first tuner and it's channel line up and a configurable Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Capture #3. So I yank the #1 channel config, and rerun the wizard, now I have the #1 (though it doesn't have a number) and #3. Anything I have to do to the backend of sage for it to rescan for tuners?
Thanks

Make sure it's not on the mmc/ignore_encoders= line of the properties file.

On possibility is Sage started before you got your drivers installed, it may have seen it, found it unuseable and added it to said line.
