General MPEG2 Encoding Tuner Card Support
I guess the main question is this:
Is Sage smart enough to detect a tuner's ability to encode MPEG? Or is it just looking for a specific list of supported encoders and takes it from there? If the latter is true that's great. I've seen a few TV tuners from the likes of Chaintech, Telemann, Emuzed, etc that all have MPEG2 encoding support but are not on the list of suggested tuner cards. If not, I'd like to put in a formal request to add the Emuzed Maui II TV tuner.
