USB-UIRT + SageTV+ RCA Direct TV Remote?

Basically I want to control my TV, DVD player and Sage TV with all one remote, perferabaly with the layout similar to the RCA's Direct TV remote. I'm trying to eliminate remote clutter and in-addition I really like the RCA's layout. It already has buttons for things like GUIDE, MENU, and LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN...etc or what would be an alternative remote with the capabilities I'm looking for?

With a UIRT and Sage, you can use whatever remote you want, and configure it however you want, so yes, that RCA DTV remote should work.

Just make sure it won't be controlling something else at the same time

You could also try the One-For-All 6131, it's a PVR replacement remote, so it has other features on the remote that will work very well with Sage. My only problem is that I had to remap some of the buttons from other profiles to make it all work, but once that was done, it works great.
