ExeTunerPlugin Source code

I was just wondering if the ExeTunerSource code was availible. I want to make a new plugin for the DCT2000. I also want to make a plugin for the Phillips Windows MCE remote. I would really like the ability to set the IR Commands in the Menu's. If thats possible please send some source examples. If not I can just broadcast windows messages. The only problem with that is it might cause sageTV, or the plugin to crash when to many messages are broadcasted.
