AMD Cool N' Quiet, Standby Resume, Freeze/Lockup

Folks,

Is anyone experiencing any lock ups with an AMD processor with the Cool N' Quiet functionality enabled and working?

I have the following setup:

CPU: AMD 3200+
MOBO: ASUS K8V SE Deluxe (BIOS 1004)
OS: WinXP Pro SP1
Capture Card: Hauppage PVR-250MCE

This setup was working fine for me but when I enabled AMD's Cool N' Quiet functionality I started having problems. Using SageTV on a fresh boot works fine. But if I go into standby, resume, and try to use SageTV it locks up randomly within a few minutes. If I disable Cool N' Quiet I don't experience this problem at all whether I'm using SageTV from standby or a fresh boot.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks...
