latest beta abandons new channel ids in EPG

I have to reassign my channels from my xmltv epgdata source to the right channels.. previously these new channel numbers would filter through to the EPG... now though the EPG seems to only use the channel numbers that the XMLTV plugin setups by default to begin with...

You talk elsewhere of supporting auto-tuning at a later date.. I was just wondering if it'd be possible to abstract the channel order away from the actual channel numbers used for tuning..

Its a minor thing but I think rejigging your tv channels around so that they match everyone elses in the house/country is another way of improving the feel of Sage as compared to a normal tv..

So the order of channels in the radio spectrum for me is

BBC1
ITV
BBC2
Channel 4
Channel 5
Satellite box

This was the order they used to be displayed in the EPG but now with the latest beta they are displayed in the order of the xmltv input source

Satellite box
Channel 5
BBC1
Channel 4
BBC2
ITV

But the preferred order that i'd like to manually setup to match the standard order for televisions would match the channel names

BBC1
BBC2
ITV
Channel 4
Channel 5
Satellite Box

It'd be nice to see some time but its a minor point.. although i guess when i get more satellite channels in the system if i get my own satellite box for Sage then matching the order of channels with the order they are displayed on the satelite box's EPG would be helpful...

Thanks
