Question on my fIrst HTPC!!! PLease help!!

I was wondering if this card would work on a sony KV-27FS210. This website show a little more info on the tv:

This tv also has a component input in back and I was wondering if I were to use it would I need powerstrip or would I not? My system is an expox 8rad3+ motherboard, AMD 1800+, PVR-250, AIW 9800pro, 512mb Crucial, and 250gb WDHD.
