Travis-CI for OpenSageTV scripts

For developers using the plugin system or other scripts that may run on OpenSageTV account using Travis-CI, I approached the Travis-CI team and they have provided us another 25000 credits (on top of the base 10000 credits they provide for free accounts). We use 10 credits for every minute of script runs so we now have enough credits to run 3000 minutes of scripts.

"We" need to manage this together as if the credits run out (or low) we need to ask for more or these scripts will stop running...for example new plugins or plugin updates will stop being made available to users.

This should keep us going for some time given the low amount of changes to plugins.

At some point, you could look into github actions and just move away from Travis. It likely would not be hard to migrate, would just take some time for someone to understand how to run the same commands under the github actions platform.
