PVR-350 output in SageTV client?
Please don't tell me that it isn't supported in the SageTV client!? I've spent hours trying to figure out how to get it to work, and I'm starting to think that it's only supported in SageTV server... I got a PVR-350 to use as a hardware decoder for my SageTV client + as an extra network encoder (with SageRecorder), but now it looks like this can't be done..... ?

I've got a PVR 350 and it's hooked up just like you describe and it works fine. What's the problem, why do you say it doesn't work?

Well, I don't get any output on the PVR-350. I've been reading through the posts and I've seen something about a PVR-350 config option that I just can't seem to find. I know the output works in the WinTV application.
What exactly do I need to do to enable the PVR-350 output in the client? And how do I set it up in with SageRecorder? I always run the WinTV application first to initialize it, and close the WinTV application before starting SageTV client. What else do I need to do? I didn't spend much more time trying to get it to work last night, since I wasn't even 100% sure the client supported it (due to the missing PVR-350 output option, which I noticed SageRecorder has for example). |
