Trying to add new HDHomerun Tuner
Already have an HDTC-2US installed and running.'
Just hooked up a couple of HDHR5-2US tuners, but SagSetyo Vudeie does not seem to know about them: I navigate to Setup | Setup Video Sources and click Add New Source, but all it shows are the two tuners within the existing HDHR5-2US. Have I bought an incompatible model of tuner? Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

The HDHomeRun Setup program needs to be run before Sage can see the tuners. Launch HDHRSetup, check the Tuners tab and set the Source Type field for each new tuner. Be sure to click Apply. At this point, Sage should be able to see the tuners. I recall that it wasn't necessary to stop/restart Sage after updating HDHRSetup's config.

No clue.... must've fat-fingered "Sage Setup something-or-other" on my phone...
Your solution worked a-ok.... Now I have to figure why the vendor sent me those tuners instead of the ones I ordered - which, conceivably, could be out of production...
