SageTV not recording scheduled programs

New user here, where I recently switched from WMC to SageTv, because of the W10 upgrade on New Year's Day.

I'm using V9.2.1.826 (64 bit). My setup is my PC is connected to my TV and has an antenna feed to the Hauppage HVR 2250 tuner.

The recording schedule is showing many upcoming recordings, but none have recorded since a week ago. Most recordings are set as favorites, some manual.

I found one error message saying the signal wasn't available for one show. Many shows have not recorded.

I have the storage drive set to D:/SageTV with record until 2GB free.

What else can I do to troubleshoot?

First try to determine if the tuners are working & are accessible by Sage (as opposed to some sort of problem with scheduled-recordings).

You say this is a new install. Has Sage **ever** been able to access the tuners?

When Sage was installed, were the instructions to Setup the tuners followed (e.g. Channel Scan)? Are you able to Preview any channels from within Setup?

Are you able to watch live programs via the Guide? Do **any** channels work?

Is any other program able to access the tuners? For example, test with VLC or Hauppauge's WinTv.

By default, Win10 restricts access to video devices (cameras, tuners, etc). Was Sage granted access to the tuners? See: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html

By default, Sage creates logs (sagetv_*.txt) in the SageTv\SageTv folder. sagetv_0.txt is the newest. Someone might be able to offer suggestions if you post the logfile (you might need to zip it first) created around the time of a failed access to a tuner.

I can watch live TV on Sage and all the channels work.
I was able to record scheduled programs for the first 2 weeks.
It looks like Sage is constantly recording the last channel I watched.

I looked at the link for permissions, and I don't see anything specific to my tuners. Looking through the options, I don't see anything restricted. What category do the tuners fall under (video, radios, other devices)?

I attached a zip file of the 4 log files.

I appreciate the help.

Do you press the stop button when you are done watching live tv? If not, it will keep recording. If it thinks you are watching live tv and it is time for it to record a scheduled recording, it will pop up a message asking if it is ok to change the channel. If you don’t respond, it may not change the channel (there might be a setting to determine what it does in this situation).
